The amount of property taxes paid by the property's owner is determined by the assessed value of the property and building. - These files cover 23,535 condominium dwelling parcels. - Also included are 6,488 off-street parking spaces. - The total assessed value of residential condominium land in 1992 was $0, as no land is involved. - The total assessed value of residential condominium property in 1992 was $3,354,949,400.
