Build-Out Calculator Plugin for Sketchup

The Buildout Calculator is a plugin for Sketchup version 8 and above. It facilitates the evaluation of three-dimensional design alternatives for places in terms of their capacity in terms of Gross Floor Area for various uses, and the supply and demand for parking. A designer may design sites with surface parking and buildings that incorporate different uses, including structured parking. Any site may be modeled as any number of alternate schemes. A scenario may include several sites. The Build-Out Calculator will produce summary reports for schems and scenarios that make it possible to examine the three dimensional consequenses of dimensional and parking regulations and vice-versa.
